Huli Huli Chicken

Huli Huli Chicken is a Hawaiian-inspired BBQ Chicken. It’s sweet and savory and smoky and ABSOLUTELY delicious. Kids can even help whip the marinade and it’s something my family all loves. For a great meal with Hawaiian vibes, we love to serve it with a classic island combo of white rice and macaroni salad! It’s also great in any type of grain bowl, with your favorite roasted vegetable, and leftovers are just as great (hot or cold!)

Grilled Garlic Sirloin Skewers

An entire head of garlic goes into the marinade for these Grilled Garlic Sirloin Skewers. After grilling to tender perfection, they get brushed with warm garlic butter before serving, creating the steak of every garlic-lover’s dreams! Sirloin makes a top choice for this recipe, but if budget allows they’re fantastic with filet or ribeye as well.

Smoked Baby Back Ribs

One thing I’ve learned about backyard meat smoking, is that in most cases, it’s not so much about the “recipe” as it is about the method. With smoking, you need to know your cut of meat, and you need to know your cooking method. Spices, sauces, and rubs are just ancillary after that. In this post I’m going to show you how I cook smoked ribs on my pellet smoker and they turn out perfect every time! If you’re looking for an indoor rib method, try my Pressure Cooker or Slow Cooker Ribs.

“ Good traditional style restaurant. Almost of their dishes are spicy, but delicious. If you are spicy foods lover, this will be your favorite place around port authority. The waiters are really friendly and they do offer hot water during the winter. Also, all the dishes’ price include tip. So no tips are required. ”

“ Great food if you are looking for Bar & grill close to times square. Very satisfied. Glad we found it near our hotel. Cozy, clean environment as well. I used to eat here a lot. Cheap and good quality. Woman and Man is very nice ! Small place but really good to have a quick lunch. Tasty enough. Thanks ! ”

“ Authentic food, great service and nice people. Enjoyed every bite! Props to the chefs and servers. Great job!Pretty surprised about this spot, impressed there’s a solid option for Bar & grill right in the thick of Midtown. Would recommend the bone broth and spice fried chicken! ”
